I have been looking forward to this wedding for some time now. This is another wedding that Covid-19 hit. Abby & Josh’s original date was in April. They couldn’t have picked a better reschedule date. The weather was absolutely perfect.
I fell in love with these high school sweethearts during their engagement session. They are so fun to be around and have such great chemistry. In addition, I love the bond that Abby and her Mom have. Through the whole planning process, it has been a blessing to me to witness the special relationship they have.
When I arrived at Abby’s home, I was immediately greeted by Abby and her sweet Mom. Everyone was so excited to celebrate her day. After getting ready, we then traveled to a local park for portraits. I’m so glad we planned for this. The lighting and location were just perfect.
Abby & Josh were married at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral in Houma. I love how Abby and Josh prayed before the ceremony. This couple has been together for so long. It was so beautiful to see them become husband and wife. After the ceremony we celebrated with a sparkler exit outside of the church!!
The reception then followed to the Event Center. Souled Out was ready to get the party started. It was a night filled with great food, fun and laughter. Everyone was so very happy to celebrate this sweet couple. We hope you guys are having a wonderful time in mountains. Here are some of my favorites from their beautiful day!
