From the moment Trudie called me to see if I was available for her wedding, I instantly fell in love with her story. Trudie & Richard met on Match.com and their story is just beautiful. Trudie went to church for her grandchild’s baptism and prayed that God would send her someone that put God first in his life and would put her second. After the baptism, she opened Match.com and Richard put her as his favorite. The rest is history… these two fell in love & have been dating for a little over five years.
Trudie & Richard were married at St. Gregory Barbarigo Church in Houma with their family & closest friends. Father Carl did a beautiful job officiating the ceremony. He truly got to know the couple & their beautiful story.
The reception then followed to Dominique’s Bistro for great food, visiting & dancing. It was a beautiful night and these two had me wiping away tears the whole evening.
Trudie & Richard, I’m so very thankful that you chose me to document your day. God has a beautiful journey planned for the two of you. I have no doubt that he brought the two of you together. May you be blessed with many many years together.
