Some wedding days are simply unforgettable, and Megan and Bryant’s wedding day was definitely one of them.

The day before their wedding brought storms and rain, but it cleared out just in time for the most beautiful weather imaginable. It truly could not have been more perfect for a wedding day.

When I arrived at the Airbnb where the girls were getting ready, there was so much excitement and joy filling the house. Megan was so genuinely excited to marry Bryant. Studio 714 created the most beautiful florals with so many different colors woven throughout the bouquets and details. Everything felt bright, joyful, and full of life.

Bryant and his groomsmen were such a fun group. Heather had the best time photographing them, and there was so much laughter and excitement throughout the afternoon.

Their ceremony at St. Francis Cathedral was beautiful. The church was filled with both local and out of town guests who came to celebrate alongside them. Father Cody did such a wonderful job, and I loved the dip and kiss at the end of the ceremony. Afterward, Megan and Bryant greeted guests outside the church before we moved on to portraits.

The reception at Mardi Gras Hall was absolutely stunning. From the draping to the flowers, every detail came together beautifully. The Groove kept the dance floor packed all night long. Their family and friends truly knew how to celebrate, and the energy in the room never slowed down. One of my favorite moments from the night was ending with a giant group photo of everyone who stayed and celebrated until midnight.

It really was such a special day from beginning to end. Megan and Bryant, thank you both so much for trusting me to capture such an important part of your story. Your families and friends were incredibly kind, and it was truly an honor to be a part of it all. I hope you both had the best time celebrating in the Dominican Republic and soaking in every minute of newlywed life together.
