I remember leaving Jaimo & Caroline's engagement session and thinking to myself "They are so much FUN" and I knew that once their wedding day was here it was going to be amazing! Boy was I right!! This wedding goes down as one I will never forget!

These two were surrounded by such amazing family and friends on their wedding day. There were so many sweet moments that stuck out to me as I captured each part of the day. One being Caroline's Mom's advice to Caroline once she was in her gown. I tear up just thinking about it. As a mom of a daughter, I can't imagine how surreal it must have felt to see her baby girl on her wedding day.

After Caroline was in her gown, we did a first look with her bridesmaids and they were just in awe of how gorgeous she was, and they made sure her entire day was a celebration! Just as we were finishing up portraits on the patio, the rain stopped, and we were blessed with the most amazing sunset I have ever seen on a wedding day. My goodness, it will be something I will never forget.

Jaimo & Caroline's ceremony was so beautiful. I always love photographing at St. Francis, but I love it even more when Father Jay is the officiant. He sang such a beautiful song to the couple, and he had us all giggling by having the couple kiss several times during the ceremony. The congregation roared with applause when Father Jay pronounced Jaimo & Caroline husband and wife.

After the ceremony, we took a few portraits in the church & then headed to Ellendale Country Club to celebrate. Wow... wow.. wow... Nick Hebert did a phenomenal job decorating. This wedding reception was just stunning. Caroline's first cousin surprised everyone by singing for the couple's first dance. All their guests sung along and cheered when Jaimo dipped Caroline. Rouge Krewe got the celebration started and the dance floor was never empty. I've never seen so many guests dance at a reception. It was an absolute blast.

Being a part of weddings like this is such an honor. This sweet family was so gracious to us. I hope you enjoy this gorgeous couple as much as we did! Their smiles and their joy are contagious! To the Haydel & Gregory family, thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving us the honor to document such an amazing day!
