I first met the Beyer family in 2020 for their 1st daughter’s wedding and it was such an honor to be invited back to photograph their 2nd daughter’s wedding. If you know the Beyer family, you know they are seriously the sweetest family in Houma. On the wedding day, a bug hit the Beyer home and sadly most of the family fell sick. The weather was not looking very good either, so we came up with plan B and it all came together perfectly. We met at Ellendale Country Club for a private first look and portraits of the sweet couple.  Madalyn & Patrick were so excited to see each other, and they both said, no matter what happened, they were ready to be married.

Madalyn and Patrick were married at St. Francis De Sales Cathedral in Houma.  Father Nelson from Baton Rouge performed a beautiful ceremony for this precious couple.  He is their priest but also a dear friend. It was such a beautiful and heartfelt ceremony.

After family portraits, we traveled to Ellendale Country Club for a night of fun.  Madalyn's sister, Gabby, sang for the couple’s first dance. Souled Out, quickly got the party started and the everyone danced the night away. I don't think the dance floor was ever empty. It was a night filled with lots of laughter, visiting, great food & fun.  Everyone wished them congratulations with a sparkler exit at the end of the night. 

I can't thank the Beyer family enough for inviting me back to document this special day. If you know the Beyer / Watlington family, you are truly blessed to have them in your life.   They are a perfect picture of Christ’s love and I’m so blessed to have been part of such a special day.  

Madalyn & Patrick, I hope you are enjoyed your first week of marriage and had a fantastic time in St. Lucia.  We had so much fun with the two you.  I know you will have a wonderful marriage.  Here are a few of our favorites from your beautiful night.  We hope you enjoy them!
