Mr. & Mrs. Zeringue
St. Francis de Sales Cathedral | Grand Bayou Noir
Married: June 21, 2025
I loved everything about this wedding. Truly, everything.
Wow... this day was every antique lover’s dream. From the moment I walked in, I was in awe. I wish I could showcase all the details. Every corner of Grand Bayou Noir was decorated to perfection. The attention to detail was unbelievable. Everywhere you turned, there was something beautiful and intentional, and it all came together to create a setting that felt romantic, personal, and timeless.
The florals were so colorful and fun. The bridesmaids wore dresses in different shades, and the groomsmen each wore different suits. It all came together beautifully and photographed so well.
Abigail and Zachary chose to see each other before the ceremony and share private vows. It was such a sweet, quiet moment that allowed them to be fully present with one another before the day swept them up. These two are so precious and absolutely meant for each other. The love, affection, and care they share is something truly special. It was an honor not only to capture it, but to witness it firsthand.
The ceremony took place at the stunning St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Father Jay made the ceremony so personal and meaningful. The sacrament of marriage was beautifully celebrated, and the joy was felt by everyone in the room.
After the ceremony, everyone made their way back to Grand Bayou Noir for the reception, where the celebration truly began. Chris, the house DJ, kicked off the evening and kept the energy going strong. From guests playing chess under the lights, to cheering on the LSU Tigers as they won Game 1 of the College World Series, to a packed dance floor, the night was filled with fun and unforgettable moments.
Heartfelt speeches from the bridal party had everyone laughing and tearing up. It was one of those weddings where you could truly feel how loved and supported the couple is.
I also have to mention just how kind everyone was. I cannot even tell you how many times people stopped to say thank you. The warmth and appreciation from everyone involved made the day feel even more special. It was such a joy to be surrounded by such genuine and gracious people.
Zachary and Abigail, thank you for allowing me to be part of your day. Your wedding was beautiful in every way, and it was such a joy to celebrate with you. I hope you both had a wonderful time in Chicago.
With love,
Crystal
